Bike4Chai - Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Event Creative
“Anchored the annual creative for a two-day peer-to-peer cycling event that riders return to year after year - not a single-touch campaign, but a repeatable platform that had to feel meaningful the fifth time you signed up as much as the first.”
Peer-to-peer events live or die on repeat participation. The creative has to give returning riders something new to point at while still feeling like the same event that meant something to them last year. Meanwhile, the fundraising layer has to make it easy for a rider's own network - most of whom will never touch a bike - to understand exactly what their donation funds.
- 01Set a visual and copy platform per year that gave the event a fresh headline without discarding the equity of previous editions
- 02Designed the rider-facing surface: registration, training materials, jerseys, on-route signage, event-day run-of-show visuals, thank-you assets
- 03Built the donor-facing surface: peer fundraising templates riders could actually use, sponsor decks, social kits, gratitude sequences
- 04Wrote the language riders needed to raise money in their own voice - short scripts, email templates, ask patterns that didn't sound like the charity had written them
- 05Directed event-day photo and video with an eye on next year's campaign, not just this year's recap
- 06Coordinated with event operations, ride marshals, sponsors and executive leadership to keep creative decisions from getting decoupled from the logistics they had to serve
- A repeatable annual creative platform that returning riders and donors both recognized
- Fundraising toolkits that gave riders language they could actually send without editing
- Stronger sponsor-facing materials that made the case for continued support beyond a single event cycle
- A visual archive of event moments that fed the next year's campaign instead of getting stuck on a hard drive
